Biography
Judge Pamela L. Lightvoet has served on the 9th Circuit Court since 2007. She was re-elected in November 2024, securing her seat through 2030. Following the January 2025 reorganization she was designated Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division; D'Angelo took over that role in 2026.
