Biography
Judge Gary C. Giguere, Jr. has served on the 9th Circuit Court since 2007 and was designated Chief Judge of both the 9th Circuit Court and Probate Court in 2022 by the Michigan Supreme Court. Following the January 2025 reorganization, he sits in the Civil/Probate Division at the Gull Road Justice Complex and is responsible for the administrative operations of both courts.
